Removes quick thread function.


Problems with the quick thread function:

• There's already a Post thread button, it's confusing to have redundant functions.
  Adds clutter to the forum view.
  Takes focus away from thread titles.

Installation:

1. Download Andy-RemoveQuickThread-1.2.zip and unzip it.
   Copy the src/addons/Andy/RemoveQuickThread directory to your server.
