Lỗi 1: Kết nối của bạn không phải là kết nối riêng tư​



Lỗi 2: Lỗi không vào được shopee trên máy tính​

Cách 1: Cấu hình IP cho Shopee qua file host​

1. Truy cập: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts

2. Sửa file và thêm dòng này:

125.234.51.105 deo.shopeemobile.com
Hoặc
152.195.38.148 deo.shopeemobile.com
Hoặc
125.234.51.99 deo.shopeemobile.com
Lưu lại file


3. Sau đó nhấn tổ hợp Windown+R gõ CMD enter

Gõ hoặc dán ipconfig /flushdns sauđó enter

Vậy là xong, hãy thử truy cập lại.


Cách 2: Kiểm tra DNS server theo DNS Google​

1. Nhấn phím Windown nhập control Panel sau đó Open
2. Chọn Network and Internet (bên trái)
3. Chọn Network and Sharing center
4. Chọn Wi-Fi ( bên phải từ Connections)
5. Chọn Propertíe (góc dưới bên trái)
6. Chọn Internet Protocol Version 4 TCP/IPv4 > Chọn Propertíe
7. Tại mục Preferred DNS Server: 8.8.8.8
8. Tại mục Alternate DNS Server: 8.8.4.4

Cách 3: Không vào được banhang.shopee.vn​

Bạn có thể tạm thời sử dụng: https://seller.vn.shopee.cn/


Cách 4: Sử dụng điện thoại phát wifi​

Mở điện thoại và phát wifi, có thể dùng 4G.
